Debbie has practiced clinically for over 25 years in the field of assistive technology. She has a wealth of experience working with both children and adults who want to increase their independence through use of technology. She has been involved in research for most of her career. Currently she is working on her PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of British Columbia. One of her main interests is how the use of assistive technology impacts participation in life roles and activities.
