Health of Population Networks' Survey

To improve the Health of Population Networks Program, as well as the individual networks, MSFHR has contracted an independent agent, RA Malatest Ltd, to survey the satisfaction and perceptions of network participants and non-participants. The survey will be conducted primarily on-line from April 2 – May 2. For those people who would prefer to complete the survey over the phone, a phone option will be available. Survey participants will be randomly selected. MSFHR values your input and feedback. If you are contacted, we will appreciate your time and effort in completing the survey.

We’re asking DHRN members who are selected to please take a few minutes to participate in this survey. The Disabilities Health Research Network’s success depends on your valuable input for future planning and continued funding opportunities.
